Testimonial Submission and Release
By submitting a testimonial, you grant Kynesius ("the Company") the non-exclusive, perpetual, and royalty-free right to use, publish, and reproduce your testimonial in connection with our products and services.
Your Consent and Our Usage
By checking the box and submitting this form, you provide your explicit and informed consent for the following:
What we will use: Your product rating, testimonial text, your first name, and general location (e.g., "Jane from Toronto"). If you upload a photo or video, you also grant us permission to use that media.
Where we will use it: Your testimonial may be used in any of the Company's marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, print advertising, emails, and presentations.
How we may edit it: We reserve the right to edit your testimonial for clarity, length, or grammar. However, we will not alter the original meaning or intent of your feedback.
Voluntary submission: You confirm that your testimonial is based on your honest opinion and actual experience with our product or service and that you have not been compensated for your submission. If you were compensated, you have disclosed this to us separately.
No ownership or compensation: You will not claim ownership of the final edited testimonial and acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for its use.
Right to revoke: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at Contact@Kynesius.com. However, you understand that this withdrawal will not affect any use of your testimonial that occurred before your request.
